What Are My Chances That It Is Happening?

I am 36-37 weeks along and last apt I was a fingertip dilated and the baby was engaged. Every since that apt (1 week ago) I have been cramping lots of pain and pressure low and noticed I was starting to lose my mucus plug. For the past two days I have been having diarrhea almost every time I go into the bathroom (like 4-5 times a day). Both the other two babies were born at 37 weeks, could this be labor?

Yes your are in stage one. If the cramps get worse and close together call the OB
Its not time to call the doc yet. But those things are all pre labor signs your baby has moved into position and that puts more pressure on bowels which is causing you to go to the bathroom so much plus the days before labor your body kind of does a self flushing of sorts your close to labor but if your not having contractions every 4 to 5 minutes your not ready to go to the doc or midwife to just sit there with people staring at you.
and when it does come happy labor mama!
y the heck ar eyou on this computer lady? ER NOW!!!!! you are going to have this baby soon. I lost my mucus plugand i was 1 centimeter dialated, but it was a month b4 i had my daughter.
HOWEVER, it sounds like you are in labor. get someone to drive you the hospital if you can’t and get there now.
