Take him to vet. Diarrhea that persists longer than a couple days is something major. he can get dehydrated. I had a puppy that had same symptom, ended up being parvo. which is deadly to puppies. we didn’t think it was a big deal. puppy didn’t make it by the way even though we took her to the vet, we waited too long

Call your vet NOW! Or an emergency Vet! 3 days is too long, never mind 3 weeks he is getting dehydrated! Stop changing the food until he is better, then start mixing again done in longer durations between changes. He seems to have a delicate stomach. Call the Vet Go NOW

Maybe he could not tolerate one of the ingredients well.. bring the ingredient list to your vet to show him/her.
He’s losing wait probably because he’s malnourished due to the diarrhea, he’s not getting what he needs. The vet is where I would start but you’re already doing that.

if the vet checks him out ok slow down the food change. 5 of my cats never had a problem but the 6th i had to really slow the change down. funny how it didn’t bother the other cats eating mostly the new cats food.

if he shares a litter box with other cats there is a possibilaty that he has gotten a sickness cats get frm using litter boxes with other cats you need to keep him and the box clean and get antibiotics

I would recommend going straight to the vet, as all the other people here have. My family have kept cats since before I was born and the best solution to any problem they have is to go to the vet. If you can’t get to the vet immediately then I would make sure you keep your cat hydrated (I do realise that they sometimes refuse to drink water) and make sure he keeps clean, because an infection is the last thing you want him to get.
Either way, a vet is the only option. Good luck.
