If your baby is a newborn/very young, you should call your pediatrician. If your baby is older/more toward 1 yr, then I would adopt a wait and see attitude and call the doc in the am. Give him bananas and applesauce if you can and if he can keep it down. Regardless, it is gonna be a long nite. God bless and Good luck!
