Kitten Is Vomiting, Lethargic, Bit Of Diarrhea?

I woke up this morning and my 10 and a half week old kitten was throwing up (it was brown and had bits of food in it). He has thrown up twice more and had a bit of diarrhea as well. He is lethargic and not playing with his brother who seems fine. I called the vet who said to give him water with an eyedropper every 15 minutes any maybe some baby food later on.
I gave him a little pedialyte with an eyedropper (he didn’t like it at all) but he is not eating or drinking and I don’t want him to be dehydrated. Any idea what this could be?

The vet didn’t offer any suggestions about what could be the cause? I think it could be worms, but it could also be a respiratory infection or something more serious. Most likely if the vet didn’t suggest an emergency visit, he thinks it’s something not too serious (other than the dehydration). Are you bringing him in soon for a checkup or de-worming?
Your Kitten is very sick – take him to vet immediately. Be prepared to spend copious amounts of money to fix or if its something you can’t afford, you’ll have to have him put to sleep.

Shes sick, of course. It’s probably food poisoning. He might have eaten something that his stomach didn’t agree with.
