Help Me Figure Out Whats Up With My Baby?

he is 3 weeks and 2 days old and he just threw up he had diarrhea yesterday only 3 diapers but none today he has no fever i checked and isnt acting wierd i am scared something might be wrong and i not know

Sometimes they just throw up. Their tummies are still getting adjusted. As long as he has no fever, just keep watching him. N o diarrhea today is a good sign.
Is he breastfed? You might want to think about watching your dairy intake and see if that might have been the problem.
Is he formula fed? Make sure you are mixing the formula as directed on the package. Sometimes I would just “guess” about the amount and my son would always get sick.

the other moms sound right but you might want to look into his formula my daughter seemed fine and then her doctor informed me that what seemed to be occasional threw up was actually a food alergy she needs to be on special formula he could have just had one of those days but if you notice hes spitting up every feeding more than once and/or inbetween feedings it may be allergies
His tummy could just be upset today, my girl was barfy today too…it just happens. If he doesn’t have a fever and he’s happy then don’t let it worry you.
Its common. His stomach is adjusting to taking food. If you are really concerned, call his pediatrician. They have the best advice because they deal with it daily.
Ruben only goes #2 every other day to three days. My Pedi told me that that was normal. I think he is totally fine. If he goes 5 days without pooping than call his doctor, other than that he’s fine.
