Could My Baby Be Having An Allergic Reaction?

He hasn’t ate anything different lately but he has had alot of food with tomatoes in it this week which I use to not let him eat alot of them because he has acid reflux. The last time he ate them on tuesday he had a couple of red blotchy spots on his face and the last couple of days he has had diarrhea and now he has a bad diaper rash and he never gets a diaper rashes.

My little cousin has something similar and it sounds like your child might have it.
Its something to do with the acid in their stomachs i think, and because of it the child can feel really grumpy a few days afterwards, with diarrhea and nappy rashes, you should still go and see a doctor though, because it could be something different.
It sounds like food poisoning to me, allergic reactions usually show up immediately.
call the pediatrician.
